Union Minister for Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution on 08-10-2020

in New Delhi, the National Flag will be flown at half-mast on 09-10-2020 in the

Union territory of Puducherry (Puducherry region only) on all buildings where it is

flown regularly.
