PUBLIC NOTICE

Whereas, in the G.O. Ms. No. 5/2016-Hg., dated 11th March 2016 of the

Chief Secretariat (Housing), Government of Puducherry, sanction has been accorded

under sections 20 and 23 of the Puducherry Town and Country Planning Act, 1969

to prepare the Existing Land use Register and Map, and Draft Comprehensive

Development Plan for the Yanam Planning Area.

And whereas, an Existing Land use Map and Register, 2020 for the entire

Yanam Planning Area to an extent of 30.00 sq.km. have been prepared by the Yanam

Planning Authority, Yanam.

Now, therefore, a Public Notice is hereby given pursuant to sub-section (1)

of section 18 of the Puducherry Town and Country Planning Act, 1969 that the

Existing Land use Map and Register, 2020 for the Yanam Planning Area will be kept

for inspection during office hours between 10.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. on all working

days in the Office of the Yanam Planning Authority, Yanam. (Also refer in the official

website:- https://tcpd.py.gov.in). Any person who intends to make any objections/

suggestions/representations with respect to the Existing Land use Map and

Register, 2020 may do so in writing to the Member-Secretary, Yanam Planning

Authority, 2nd Floor , Mini Civil Station, Government Road, Yanam-533 464, within

thirty days from the date of publication of this Notice in the Official Gazette of

Government of Puducherry.
