In supersession of the G.O. Ms. No. 75, dated
24-9-2020 of Home Department, Puducherry, the
Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, is pleased to
withdraw holidays on Saturdays other then 2nd and 4th
Saturdays of the month to all the Banking Institutions
including Co-operative Banks in the Mahe region.

TENDER-CUM-AUCTION NOTICE
Sealed tenders are invited offering the highest rate
per lot for the sale of old condemned e-waste belonging
to the Directorate of Health and Family Welfare
Services, Puducherry, in as-is-where-is condition on lot
basis.
2. The intending tenderers may inspect the items at
the office of the undersigned between 10.30 a.m. and
12.30 p.m. on 05-01-2021 and 06-01-2021 with the
permission of the officer concerned.
3. The tenderers may offer their bidding rate both in
figures and words for purchase of obsolete/unserviceable
e-waste items on lot basis in plain paper/letter head in
a sealed cover and addressed to the Accounts Officer,
Directorate of Health and Family Welfare Services,
Puducherry, duly superscribing on the envelope as
“Tender for the purchase of unserviceable e-waste
articles”.
4. The sealed tender should reach this office on or
before 06-01-2021 at 12.45 p.m.. The tenders will be
opened on the same day at 3.30 p.m. in the presence of
the tenderers, who are present at the time of opening
of tenders. If, the last day happens to be a public
holiday the same will be received and finalized on the
next working day. Tenders received after the due date
and time will summarily be rejected.
5. The intending tenderers should deposit an amount
of ` 500 (Rupees five hundred only) as earnest money
deposit before submitting their tender. The earnest
money deposit of the unsuccessful tenderers will be
returned immediately after the tender sale is over/
finalized.
6. The tenderer should submit the following
self-attested photocopy of the documents along with
the tender.
(i) Valid GST Certificate
(ii) PAN Card
(iii) The valid e-Waste Recycler Certificate issued
by the State/Union Territory.
(iv) Tenders without these certificates/documents
will be rejected.
7. Any false representation is found during the
tender process, the tender offered by him/her/them will
be cancelled and his/her/their earnest money deposit
will be forfeited.

8. If, the highest tender amount offered by the
tenderer is found to be not acceptable, public auction
will be conducted on the spot, keeping the highest
tender amount as minimum bid amount.
9. Other than the tenderers/bidders or his authorised
person, no one will be admitted at the time of opening
the tender and auction. No claim on the quantity and
quality of the articles will be admitted once the tender
is admitted.
10. If, any/all participant(s), misbehave(s) during the
tender process, the tenderer(s)/bidder(s) will be
removed from the place of auction, also his/her their
tender(s) will be rejected and the earnest money deposit
will be forfeited.
11. Acceptance of the tender/auction will be intimated
to the successful tenderer/bidder after finalization of the
tender/auction. Successful tenderer only will be allowed
to clear/remove the auctioned materials.
12. The earnest money deposit of the successful
tenderer/bidder will be adjusted against the sale
proceeds and the earnest money deposit of the
unsuccessful tenderers/bidders will be returned
immediately after finalization of the tender/auction sale.
13. The successful tenderer/bidder should pay the
full amount immediately along with the GST amount and
clear the items within 24 hours at his/her own risk and
cost, failing which the earnest money deposit will be
forfeited. This office will not be in any way held
responsible for the safe custody or any loss of sold
articles.
14. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or
reject any or all the tenders without assigning any
reasons thereof. In case of any dispute, the decision of
the undersigned in this regard will be the final and
binding on all the tenders.

TENDER-CUM-AUCTION NOTICE
The sale of the condemned/unserviceable articles of
the Community Health Centre, Karikalampakkam,
Puducherry, as detailed in the Annexure will be disposed
off by public auction on 30-12-2020 at 12.00 noon in the
Community Health Centre, Karikalampakkam, Puducherry.
1. The auction will be conducted for all the items
in a lot.
2. Those who one intending to participate in the
auction should deposit an amount of ` 500 (Rupees
five hundred only) in cash as earnest money deposit
to this office before participating in the auction.
3. The earnest money deposit of unsuccessful
participants will be refunded immediately after the
auction is over.
4. The undersigned reserves the right to cancel
the auction without assigning any reason thereof.
5. The successful bidder should pay the full
amount of bid immediately and take away the articles
within 24 hours at his/her own risk and expenses.
6. Sales tax at the rate available will be collected
extra.
7. The materials can be inspected during office
hours of any working day of this office.
8. In case of any dispute, the decision of the
undersigned will be the final.

CHANGE OF NAME
By this deed, I the undersigned A. Tamaraselvane
latterly called A. Tamaraiselvan, employed as Nursing
Attendant at JIPMER, do hereby:-
1. Wholly renounce, relinquish and abandon on
the use of my former name of ‘A. Tamaraiselvan’ and
in place thereof, do assume from the date thereof the
name of ‘A. Tamaraselvane’ and so that, I may
hereafter be called, known and distinguished not by
my former name of ‘A. Tamaraiselvan’ but, by my
assured name of ‘A. Tamaraselvane’.
2. For the purpose of evidencing such my
determinations, declare that I shall at all times,
hereafter in all records, deeds and writings and in all
proceedings, dealings and transactions private as well
as public and up on all occasions, whatsoever use
and sign the name ‘A. Tamaraselvane’ as my name in
place and in substitution of my former name of
‘A. Tamaraiselvan’.
3. Expressly authorities and request all persons at
all times, hereafter to designate and address me by
assumed name of ‘A. Tamaraselvane’.
4. In witness whereof, I have hereunto subscribed
my former and adopted name of ‘A. Tamaraiselvan’
and ‘A. Tamaraselvane’.
