whereas, the letter ‘C’ represents my father’s name
and ‘D’ refers my name. Henceforth, my son shall be
known only as ‘C. D. Mugundan’.
Further, I declare that my name is entered as
‘Danandjeane’ in my Birth Certificate bearing
Registration No. T/1972/301. However, my name is
entered in my son’s Birth Certificate as ‘Dananchezian’.
Hence, both the spellings of myself viz.,
‘Danandjeane’ and ‘Dananchezian’ are referring one
and the same person i.e., myself only. Henceforth,
I shall be known only as ‘Danandjeane’.

Official Gazette No. 24, dated 6-7-2020, in para 3, the
words appearing above the Table shall be substituted
as follows:–
“3. Accordingly, approval/ratification of the
Government of India is conveyed for having granted
revised upgraded scales of pay to the posts of
Deputy Commissioner, Assistant Commissioner,
Commercial Tax Officer, Deputy Commercial Tax
Officer and Assistant Commercial Tax Officer with
effect from 01-01-1996 as detailed below:”
