presence of the tenderers or their authorised

representatives those who are present. The auction will

be conducted from the highest rate quoted. If, the

scheduled date of tender/auction happens to be a

public holiday, the date of receipt and opening of

tenders will automatically be postponded to the next

working day at the same time.

4. The intending tenderers should deposit a sum of

` 3,000 (Rupees three thousand only) as earnest money

deposit. The earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful

tenderers will be returned immediately after the tender

service/auction sale is over.

5. No claim on the quantity or quality of the items

will be admitted once the tender/auction sale is

finalised.

6. The following self-attested photocopy of the

documents/certificates must be enclosed along with the

tenders:–

(a) Valid VAT/GST/ST Certificate.

(b) PAN Card.

Driving Licence.

Tenders without above-mentioned certificate/

documents will be rejected.

7. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or

reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason.

8. In case of any dispute, the decision of the Principal,
