The Notice of Voluntary Retirement given under

“Rule 48 (1) (a) of Central Civil Services (Pension)

Rules, 1972” by Dr. P. Padmaja, Senior Chief Medical

Officer, ESI Dispensary, Reddiyarpalayam, Puducherry,

is accepted.

2. Accordingly, she is deemed to have been admitted

into Voluntary Retirement with effect from the afternoon

of 31-12-2020.

Terms and Conditions

1. The auction will be conduted in the Office of

The Chief Educational Officer, Mahe, on 29-01-2021 at

12.00 Noon.

2. Those who have intending to participate in the

auction should deposit ` 200 (Rupees two hundred

only) in cash as earnest money deposit to this office.

The earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful bidder

will be refunded immediately after the auction sale is over.

3. The public auction will be initiated with the

minimum bid value fixed by the Government.

4. The successful bidder is liable to pay for the

damage/loss to the property/building installations in the

School compound.

5. The intending participants can inspect the items

during office hours on any working day with the prior

permission of the undersigned.

6. GST at the rate applicable will be collected extra.

7. No claim on the quality/quantity of coconuts will

be admitted once the auction sale is over. In case of

any dispute, the decision of the undersigned will be the

final.

8. The undersigned reserves the right to postpone

or cancel the auction without assigning any reasons

thereof.

Sealed tenders are invited by the undersigned

towards the disposal of unserviceable articles (e-Waste)

belonging to Community Health Centre, Mannadipet,

Puducherry “in as is where is condition’’ on lot basis.

2. The intending tenderers may inspect the articles

at Community Health Centre, Manndipet, Puducherry

region between 10.30 a.m. and 12.30 p.m. from 25-01-2021

to 27-01-2021 with the permission of the Medical Officer

concerned.

3. Sealed tenders in the prescribed Tender Form

addressed to the Medical Officer In-charge, Community

Health Centre, Mannadipet, Puducherry-605 501

superscribed as “Tender for Purchase of unserviceable

articles (e-waste)” along with e-waste recycling

certificate obtained from the respective Government

should reach this office on or before 28-01-2021 by 12.00

noon. Each tenderer should enclose a Demand Draft for

an amount of `1,000 (Rupees one thousand only) drawn

in favour of the Medical Officer In-charge, Community

Health Centre, Mannadipet, Puducherry, as earnest

money deposit. The tenderer who possess valid e-waste

recycling certificate will be admitted into the auction.

4. Tenders will be opened on 28-01-2021 at 12.30 p.m.

at the office of the undersigned in the presence of the

tenderers who are present at the time of opening. If, the

last day happens to be a public holiday, the same will

be received and finalized on the next working day.

Tenders received after the due date and time will

summarily be rejected.

5. In case, highest tender amount offered by the

tender is found to be not acceptable to the undersigned,

the public auction will be conducted on the spot,

keeping the highest tender amount as minimum bid amount.

6. The earnest money deposit of the successful

tenderer/bidder will be adjusted against the sale proceeds

and the earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful

tenderer/bidder will be discharged/returned immediately.

7. The tenderer/bidder or his/her authorized agent

(only one person) may choose to be present at the time

of opening the tender and auction. Authorized person

should bring authorization letter as prescribed. No claim

on the quantity and quality of the articles will be

admitted once the tender is admitted.

8. Acceptance of the ternder will be intimated to the

successful tenderer/bidder after finalization of the

tender. Successful tenderer/bidder only will be allowed

clearing/removing the materials.

9. The successful tenderer/bidder should pay the full

amount immediately and the GST amount (18%) should

be paid and the paid challan copy should be submitted

and clear the items within 24 hours at his/her own risk

and cost, failing which the earnest money deposit will

be forfeited. This office will not be in any way held

responsible for the safe custody or any loss of sold

articles.

10. The undersigned reserves the right to reject any

or all tenders without assigning any reasons thereof and

the decision of the undersigned in this regard will be

the final and binding on all the tenders.

TENDER NOTICE

Sealed tenders are invited for taking on lease of

7 (seven) Silk cotton trees, 13 (thirteen) Mango trees,

3 (three) Jack Fruit trees, 4 (four) Coconut trees and

2 (two) Tamarind trees in the Industrial Estate,

Thattanchavady, Puducherry-605 009, for the period

up to 31-12-2021.

2. The tenders should reach the Office of the Director

of Industries and Commerce, Industrial Estate,

Thattanchavady, Puducherry-605 009 on or before

28-01-2021 at 3.00 p.m. The tenders will be opened by

the Deputy Director of Industries and Commerce in

this office at 3.30 p.m. on the same day in the presence

of the tenderers who choose to be present.

3. Tenders received after the due date and time will

be rejected.

4. The intending tenderers should submit separate

tenders in sealed covers superscribed with the words

“Tenders for the usufructs trees in the Industrial Estate,

Thattanchavady, Puducherry”.

5. The intending tenderers may inspect the usufructs

trees in the Industrial Estate, Thattanchavady, Puducherry,

at any time during the office hours.

6. The tender should be in whole of rupees only.

The tenders from those who are in arrears to this office

as on date will not be accepted.

7. (i)

The intending tenderers should deposit an

amount of ` 250 (Rupees two hundred and

fifty only) in cash as earnest money deposit

along with the tender. The earnest money

deposit will be refunded to the unsuccessful

tenderers as and when the tender processes

are completed.

(ii)

The successful tenderer should remit the

balance

amount

immediately,

deducting the earnest money deposit

amount.

(iii)

An acceptance letter should be provided by

the successful tenderer within a week time.

Only after the same, the successful tenderer

would be allowed to enjoy the usufructs.

8. If, the tender opening date 28-01-2021 happens to

be a holiday, the tenders will be received up to 3.00 p.m.

and opened by 3.30 p.m. on the next working day.

9. This office reserves the right to accept or reject

any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons

thereof.

10. If, any dispute arises in this regard, the decision

of the Director of Industries and Commerce,

Puducherry, will be the final.
