It is hereby notified that Thiru A. Namassivayam, who was elected to the
Puducherry Legislative Assembly from 05-Villianur Assembly Constituency,
tendered his resignation from the Membership of the Puducherry Legislative Assembly
and his resignation has been accepted by the Hon’ble Speaker, Puducherry
Legislative Assembly, with effect from the forenoon of 25th January 2021 and as
such the said Constituency has been lying vacant since the 25th January 2021
(Forenoon).
