NOTIFICATION

The Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, is pleased to

order the following re-allocation of subjects among

I.A.S. Officers with immediate effect:

(i) Shri Ashwani Kumar, I.A.S., (AGMU:1992),

Chief Secretary to Government, in addition to the

charges already held by him, shall hold charge of

Resident Commissioner, PGGH, New Delhi.

(ii) Dr. S. Sundaravadivelu, I.A.S., (AGMU:2003),

Commissioner-cum-Secretary to Government, in addition

to the charges already held by him, shall hold

charge of the subject ‘Cooperation’ relieving

Shri. Ashok Kumar, I.A.S.

(iii) Shri Ashok Kumar, I.A.S., (AGMU:2006),

Secretary to Government, in addition to the charges

already held by him, shall hold charge of the subjects

‘Education, Relief & Rehabilitation and Port’. He shall

also hold charge of the subject ‘Revenue’ relieving

Dr. T. Arun, I.A.S.

(iv) Shri A.S.P.S. Ravi Prakash, I.A.S., (AGMU:2011),

Secretary to Government (RD), in addition to the

charges already held by him, shall hold charge of the

subject ‘Agriculture’.

(v) Shri E. Vallavan, I.A.S., (AGMU:2011),

Secretary to Government, in addition to the charges

already held by him, shall hold charge of the subject

‘Industries & Commerce’ relieving Dr. Jayanta Kumar

Ray, I.A.S.

(vi) Shri Chaudhari Abhijit Vijay, I.A.S., (AGMU:2012),

Secretary to Government, in addition to the subjects

already held by him, shall hold charge of the subject

‘Personnel’.

(vii) Smt. Purva Garg, I.A.S., (AGMU:2014), is posted as

District Collector, Puducherry relieving Dr. T. Arun, I.A.S.,

She shall also hold charge of the subjects ‘Fisheries

and Tourism’ as Secretary to Government.
