In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 70-A of the Puducherry Excise Act, 1970

(Act No. 12 of 1970), the Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, hereby extends the validity period of the Notification

No. 2462-B/DCE/S1/2020-21, dated 30th November, 2020, published in Extraordinary Part-I Gazette of

Puducherry, No. 173, dated 30th November, 2020, issued in respect of levy of Special Excise Duty on the liquor

sold in the Union territory of Puducherry, till 31st March, 2021.
