TENDER NOTICE

Sealed tenders offering the total rates are invited for

sale of sports article items of the following two Schools

(i.e.,) GPGHS, Karaikal and GHS Akkaraivattam,

Karaikal.

1. The sealed tenders should be addressed to the

Headmasters of the above-mentioned Schools and duly

superscribing on the envelope as “Tender for sports

article items” and shall be received on or before

11-02-2021 up to 2.00 p.m. The tenders will be opened

on the same day at 3.00 p.m. in the presence of tenderers

who are present.

2. The intending tenderers should deposit a sum of

` 500 (Rupees five hundred only) as earnest money

deposit.

3. The earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful

tenderers will be refunded immediately after the tender

sale is over.

4. Tenders received after the due date and time will

be rejected.

5. The successful tenderer should pay the full amount

immediately and remove the articles from the office

premises within 24 hours at his/her own cost and risk

failing which will be forfeited his/her earnest money

deposit.

6. No claim about the quantity and quality of the

items will be admitted once the tender is finalised.

7. The intending tenderers can inspect the articles

during the working hours on 10-02-2021 in the

above-mentioned Schools.

8. GST will be collected as per rules if, necessary.

9. The undersigned reserve the right to accept/reject

any tender without assigning any reason thereof.

TENDER-CUM-AUCTION NOTICE

Sealed tenders are invited by the undersigned

towards the disposal of unserviceable/obsolete articles

(e-waste) belonging to this Institution in ‘as-is-where

is condition’ on lot basis.

2. The intending tenderers may inspect the articles

at all the 20 Primary Health Centres in Puducherry

region and Office of the DD (Imm) as detailed below

between 10.30 a.m. and 12.30 p.m. from 10-02-2021 to

12-02-2021 with the permission of the Medical Officers

concerned.

3. Sealed tenders in the prescribed Tender Form

addressed to the Deputy Director (Immunization), Victor

Simonel Street, Old Maternity Hospital Complex,

Puducherry-605 001 superscribed as “Tender for

purchase of unserviceable articles (e-waste)” should

reach this office on or before 12-02-2021 by 12.30 p.m.

The intending tenderers should deposit an amount of

` 2,000 (Rupees two thousand only) as earnest money

deposit in cash, before submitting the tender. The

earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful tenderers

will be returned immediately after the tender/auction sale

is over/finalized.

4. The rate should be quoted only for per kilogram

excluding GST.

5. The tenderer should submit the following self-

attested photocopy of the documents along with their

tenders.

(a) Valid GST Certificate

(b) PAN Card

by the State/Union Territory.

(d) Tenders without these certificates/documents

will be rejected.

6. Any false representation is found during the

tender process, the tender offered by him/her/them will

be cancelled and his/her/their earnest money deposit

will be forfeited.

7. The tenders will be opened on 12-02-2021 at

4.00 p.m. at the office of the undersigned in the

presence of the tenderers who are present at the time

of opening. If, the last date happens to be a public

holiday, the same will be received and finalised on the

next working day. Tenders received after the due date

and time will summarily be rejected.

8. In case, the highest tender amount offered by

the tenderer is found to be not acceptable by the

undersigned, the public auction will be conducted on

the spot, keeping the highest tender amount as the

minimum bid amount.

9. The earnest money deposit of the successful

tenderer will be adjusted against the sale proceeds and

the earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful

tenderers will be discharged/retuned immediately.

10. The tenderers or thier authorised agent (only one

person) may choose to be present at the time of opening

the tender and auction. Authorised person should bring

authorisation letter as prescribed. No claim on the

quantity and quality of the articles will be admitted

once the tender/auction is admitted.

11. Acceptance of the tender will be intimated to the

successful tenderer/bidder after finalisation of the

tender/auction. Successful tenderer/bidder only will be

allowed for clearing/removing the materials.

12. The successful tenderer/bidder should pay the

full amount immediately along with the GST amount

(18%) and clear the items within 24 hours at his/her own

risk and cost, failing which the earnest money deposit

will be forfeited. This office will not be in any way held

responsible for the safe custody or any loss of sold

articles.

13. The undersigned reserves the right to reject any

or all the tenders without assigning any reason thereof

and the decision of the undersigned in this regard will

be the final and binding on all the tenders.
