Security Act, 2013, the Government is pleased to

constitute the Food Commission of the Union territory

of Puducherry as detailed below:

2. The Food Commission of the Union territory of

Puducherry shall exercise the following functions,

namely:–

(a) Monitor and evaluate the implementation of

this Act, in relation to the State.

(b) Either sue motto or on receipt of complaint

inquire into violations of entitlements provided under

Chapter-II of the Act.

(d) Give advice to the State Government, their

agencies, Autonomous Bodies as well as

Non-Governmental Organisations involved in delivery

3. The service conditions of the Food Commission

4. The tenure of the Committee shall be for a period

of one year from the date of issue of this notification.

ORDER

Whereas, an order was made vide reference cited,

directing the winding up of the affairs of the

Soundararaja Mills Employees’ Co-operative Credit

Society Limited, No. P. 353 (for brevity “the society”);

(2) And whereas, consequent to the winding up of

the society, a Liquidator is to be appointed under

sub-section (1) of section 127 of the Puducherry

Co-operative Societies Act, 1972 (for brevity “the Act”),

in consultation with the financing Bank, to carry out

the liquidation processes for cancelling the registration

of the Society;

(3) And whereas, financing Bank, viz., Puducherry

State Co-operative Bank Limited, (PSCB) was consulted

and the said Bank consented for the proposal of

appointing a Liquidator to the Society;

(4) Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers

conferred on me under sub-section (1) of section 127

of the Puducherry Co-operative Societies Act, 1972, read

with clause (a) of rule 66 of the Puducherry Co-operative

Societies Rules, 1973, I, hereby appoint Thiru P. Savarirajalu,

Senior Inspector, as the Liquidator of the Soundararaja

Mills Employees’ Co-operative Credit Society Ltd.,

No. P. 353 with immediate effect.

(5) The Administrator of the Society is directed to

handover the charges of the Society to the said Liquidator.

Charges of the Society handed over and taken over

shall be informed to this office.

(6) On taking over of charges of the Society, the

Liquidator shall arrange to discharge the liabilities of

the Society subject to availability of funds from the

realizable assets of the Society. On completion of the

liquidation process, the Liquidator shall submit a report

to the undersigned to make an order for the cancellation

of registration of the Society under section 129 of the

said Act.

LABOUR DEPARTMENT

NOTIFICATION

Whereas, the Government is of the opinion that an

industrial dispute has arisen between the management

of M/s. Hindustan Unilever Limited, Tea Factory,

Kirumampakkam, Puducherry and Thiru R. Vadivel,

Villupuram District, Tamil Nadu, over non-employment

in respect of the matter mentioned in the Annexure to

this order;

And whereas, in the opinion of the Government, it is

necessary to refer the said dispute for adjudication;

Now, therefore, by virtue of the authority delegated

vide G.O. Ms. No. 20/91/Lab./L, dated 23-5-1991 of the

Labour Department, Puducherry, to exercise the powers

conferred by clause (c) of sub-section (1) of section 10

of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (Central Act XIV

of 1947), it is hereby directed by the Secretary to

Government (Labour) that the said dispute be referred

to the Labour Court, Puducherry, for adjudication. The

Labour Court, Puducherry, shall submit the Award

within 3 months from the date of issue of reference

as stipulated under sub-section (2-A) of section 10 of

the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 and in accordance with

rule 10-B of the Industrial Disputes (Central) Rules, 1957.

The party raising the dispute shall file a statement of

claim complete with relevant documents, list of reliance

and witnesses to the Labour Court, Puducherry, within

15 days of the receipt of the order of reference and also

forward a copy of such statement to each one of the

opposite parties involved in the dispute.

NOTIFICATION

The Government of India, Ministry of Parliamentary

Affairs, as a part of Digital India Programme (DIP),

desires to roll out e-Vidhan as NeVA covering all 40 houses

including two houses of Parliament and thereby putting

them all on a single platform in the concept of' ‘One Nation

One Application’. Further, e-Vidhan is a Mission Mode

Project to digitize and make the functioning of the State

Legislatures as paperless to achieve Go Green Campaign.

Puducherry being a Union Territory, 100% funding for

the project will be provided by Ministry of Parliamentary

Affairs, Government of India.

Legislature has already been constituted. Further, as per

the guidelines of National e-Vidhan Application (NeVA),

NeVA project and other e-Governance issues in the State.
