NOTIFICATION
The Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, is pleased to
order the following allocation/reallocation of subjects
among I.A.S. Officers with immediate effect:
(i) Shri. Ashok Kumar, I.A.S., (AGMU : 2006),
Secretary to Government, in addition to the charges
being held by him, shall hold charge of the subject
‘Finance’.
(ii) Smt. R. Smitha, I.A.S., (AGMU : 2011), Secretary
to Government, in addition to the charges being held
by her, shall hold charge of the subject ‘Forests’.
(iii) Shri. Chaudhari Abhijit Vijay, I.A.S., (AGMU : 2012),
in addition to the charges being held by him, shall
hold charge of the subject ‘Excise’, as Secretary to
Government.
(iv) Shri. A. Vikranth Raja, I.A.S., (AGMU : 2015),
Secretary to Government, shall hold charge of the
subjects ‘Public Works, Power and Tourism’.
2. This issues with the concurrence of the Election
Commission of India, New Delhi vide their Letter
No. 437/1/PUDU-LA/2021/SS-I, dated 01-03-2021.

In pursuance of the Order No. 14020/01/2020. UTS-I,
dated 17-12-2020 of the Ministry of Home Affairs,
New Delhi, the Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, is
pleased to post Shri. A. Nedunchezhiyan, I.A.S.,
(AGMU:2012), who reported for duty in this Administration
on 22-02-2021, as Secretary to Government and allot the
subjects ‘Fisheries, Art and Culture and Information
Technology’ with immediate effect.

PUBLIC AUCTION-CUM-TENDER NOTICE
Sealed tenders are invited by the Medical
Superintendent, E.S.I. Hospital, Gorimedu, Puducherry,
for the lease of usufructs at E.S.I. Hospital Campus,
Gorimedu, Puducherry. The details of usufructs and
the duration of lease period of the lease of usufructs
are given in the Annexure enclosed.
1. The rate for above usufructs should be quoted
for all trees in a lot.
2. The tenders in sealed cover superscribing as
‘Tender for lease of usufructs’ should be addressed
to the Medical Superintendent, E.S.I. Hospital,
Gorimedu, Puducherry and sent to this office on or
before 25-03-2021, Thursday at 10.45 a.m. The tenders
will be opened on the same day at 11.00 a.m. in the
presence of the tenderers present at that time. If, the
day for opening the tenders happens to be a public
holiday for any reason, the tenders will be received
and opened by the same time on the next working day.
3. Based on the highest quoting on the sealed
tenders, the open auction will be conducted at 11.15 a.m.
on 25-03-2021, Thursday.
4. The indenting tenderers should deposit an
amount of ` 2,000 (Rupees two thousand only) in cash
as earnest money deposit with this office while
submitting their tenders.
5. The earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful
tenderers will be refunded immediately after the
tenders are finalised.
6. Tenders received after the due date and time will
be rejected.
7. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or
reject any tender without assigning any reason
thereof.
8. The successful tenderer should pay the full
amount of bid immediately and usufructs will be
maintained at his/her own risk and expenses.
9. Sales tax at the rate applicable will be collected
extra.
10. The usufructs trees can be inspected during
office hours on any working day of this office.
11. No claim about the quantity/quality of the
items will be entertained after opening the tenders.
12. In case of any dispute, the decision of the
undersigned will be the final.
