NOTIFICATION
The Hon’ble Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, is pleased
to extend the appointment of Thiru C.T. Rammesh,
Advocate, High Court, Madras, as the Additional
Government Pleader for Government of Puducherry at
High Court, Madras, for a further period of six months
from 07-03-2021 to 06-09-2021.
2. The terms and conditions of appointment of the
Additional Government Pleader for Puducherry at High
Court, Madras, shall be as set out in the G.O. Ms. No. 12/
LD-2016, dated 25-05-2016 of the Law Department,
Government of Puducherry, as amended from time to time.
3. This issues with the concurrence of the Chief
Electoral Officer, Puducherry vide I.D. No. E.100/
GEPLA-2021/874/MCC/ID-2059, dated 10-03-2021.

The Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, is pleased
to order that Shri Ashok Kumar, I.A.S., (AGMU: 2006),
Secretary to Government in addition to the charges
already held by him, shall hold charge of the
post of ‘Commissioner, Commercial Taxes’ relieving
Shri L. Kumar, I.A.S., (AGMU: 2012), Additional Chief
Electoral Officer, with immediate effect.
2. Shri L. Kumar, I.A.S., (AGMU: 2012), Additional
Chief Electoral Officer, shall continue to draw his salary
against the post of Commissioner, Commercial Taxes.
