by the Principal District Munsif Court at Pondicherry,

dated 02-08-2016, C.M.P. No. 161/2016.

I hereby declare that all the above names of my

father viz., ‘Chandramourty’, ‘Sandaramoorthi’ and

‘Sandiramoorthi’ entered on the abovesaid records

are referring one and the same person that is my

father only.

The above deposition is true and correct to the best

of my knowledge and belief and nothing material has

been concealed therein.
