NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 70-A of

the Puducherry Excise Act, 1970 (Act No. 12 of 1970), the Lieutenant-Governor,

Puducherry, hereby extends the validity period of the Notification No. 2462-B/DCE/

S1/2020-2l, dated 31st March, 2021, published in Extraordinary Part-I, Gazette of

Puducherry, No. 72, dated 31st March, 2021 issued in respect of levy of

Special Excise Duty on the liquor sold in the Union territory of Puducherry,

till 7th April, 2021.
