The President has been pleased to approve restoring of sub-section (5)

of section 7 of the Government of Union Territories Act, 1963 as far as they are

concerned with the salaries and allowances of the Speaker of the Legislative

Assembly, which had ceased to be in effect, till further orders vide Ministry of

Home Affairs notification number U-11012/4/2021-UTL, dated 26-03-2021.
