4. The rate should be quoted excluding GST.
5. The tenderer should submit the following
self-attested photocopy of the documents along with
the tenders.
(i) Valid GST Certificate.
(ii) PAN Card.
(iii) The valid e-waste Recycler Certificate issued
by the State/Union Territory.
(iv) Tenders without these certificates/documents
will be rejected.
6. If, any false representation is found during the
tender process, the tender offered by him/them will be
cancelled and her/his/their earnest money deposit will
be forfeited.
7. Tenders will be opened on 08-07-2021 at 4.00 p.m.
at the office of the undersigned in the presence of the
tenderers who are present at the time of opening. If, the
last day happens to be a public holiday, the same will
be received and finalized on the next working day.
Tenders received after the due date and time will
summarily be rejected.
8. In case, highest tender amount offered by the
tenderers is found to be not acceptable by the
undersigned, the public auction will be conducted on
the spot, keeping the highest tender amount as
minimum bid amount.
9. The earnest money deposit of the successful
tenderer/bidder will be adjusted against the sale
proceeds and the earnest money deposit of the
unsuccessful tenderers will be discharged/retuned
immediately.
10. The tenderer or his/her authorized agent (only
one person) may choose to be present at the time of
opening the tender and auction. Authorised person
should bring authorization letter as prescribed. No claim
on the quantity and quality of the articles will be
admitted once the tender/auction is finished.
11. Acceptance of the tender/auction will be intimated
to the successful tenderer after finalization of the
tender/auction. Successful tenderer/bidder only will be
allowed for clearing/ removing the materials.
12. The successful tenderer/bidder should pay the
full amount immediately along with the GST amount
(18%) and clear the items within 24 hours at his/her own
risk and cost, failing which the earnest money deposit
will be forfeited. This office will not be in any way held
responsible for the safe custody or any loss of sold
articles.
13. The undersigned reserves the right to reject any
or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof and
the decision of the undersigned in this regard will be
final and binding on all the tenders.
