TENDER-CUM-AUCTION NOTICE

Sealed tenders are invited by the undersigned

towards the disposal of unserviceable/obsolete articles

(e-waste) belonging to this Institution in as-is-where-is

condition on lot basis.

2. The intending tenderers may inspect all the articles

at old Government Maternity Hospital Office Complex

in Puducherry-605 001 for region as detailed below

between 10.30 a.m. and 12.30 p.m. from 29-06-2021

to 05-07-2021.

3. Sealed tenders in the prescribed Tender Form

addressed to the Deputy Director (IEC),Victor Simonel

Street, old Government Maternity Hospital Complex,

Puducherry-605 001 superscribed as “Tender for

purchase of unserviceable articles (E-waste)” should

reach this office on or before 08-07-2021 by 12.30 p.m.

The intending tenderers should deposit an amount of

` 1,000 (Rupees one thousand only) as earnest money

deposit in cash, before submitting the tenders.

The earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful

tenderers will be returned immediately after the tender/

auction sale is over/finalized.
