GOVERNMENT OF PUDUCHERRY

ORDER

Approval of the Government is accorded for continuance of the Secretary

to Government (Housing) as the Interim Real Estate Regulatory Authority with effect

from 16-04-2021 for the Union territory of Puducherry under section 20 of the Real

Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, until constitution of the regular

Real Estate Regulatory Authority under the Act.
