NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 11
of the Women’s and Children’s Institutions (Licensing) Act, 1956
(Act No. 105 of 1956), the Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, is pleased
to make further Amendment to the Puducherry Women’s and Children’s
Institutions (Licensing) Rules, 1984, hereinafter, referred to as the rules
notified vide G.O. Ms. No. 19/84-HEW(SW), dated 6th March, 1984
of the Welfare Secretariat, Puducherry and published in the Gazette
of Puducherry, Extraordinary Part-II, No. 5, dated 6th March, 1984,
