2. The intending bidders should deposit an amount

of ` 3,200 (Rupees three thousand and two hundred

only) towards earnest money deposit by way of

Demand Draft drawn in favour of the Superintendent

of Police (Head Quarters), Puducherry, and get receipt

from the Chief Stores, Gorimedu, Puducherry.

3. The auction will be knocked down in favour of the

highest bidder.

4. Earnest money deposit will be returned immediately

to the unsuccessful bidders after the e-auction is over.

5. Highest successful bidder shall have to deposit

the entire highest bid value along with GST, IT and other

taxes as applicable within 24 hours from the time of

declaration regarding selection of the bidder by the

Competent Authority (LOA) through challan receipt of

State Bank of India, Puducherry and remitted in favour

of the Senior Accounts Officer, Police Department,

Puducherry.

6. The selected bidder will clear the entire material

within 2 days from the date of granting sale order, failure

of which the sale order deemed to be cancelled and the

bidder’s earnest money deposit will be forfeited and the

bidder will be black listed for next 3 years from

participating in any future tender/auction of Police

Department, Puducherry.

7. The scarp may be inspected by the intending

bidders after getting prior approval from the Inspector

of Police (Stores), Gorimedu, Puducherry, between

06-09-2021 to 13-09-2021 from 10.00 hrs. to 17.00 hrs.

Selection or disturbance of the lots/item during
