NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (8) of section 9, read

with section 65 of the Puducherry Municipalities Act, 1973 (Act No. 9 of 1973),

the Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, hereby repeals the Notification issued

in G.O. Ms. No. 47/LAS/2019, Puducherry, dated 7th March 2019 of the Local

Administration Secretariat, Government of Puducherry, and published in the

Extraordinary Gazette of Puducherry, Part-I, No. 36, dated 7th March 2019, with

immediate effect.

repeals the Notification issued in G.O. Ms. No. 48/LAS/2019, Puducherry,

dated 7th March 2019 of the Local Administration Secretariat, Government of

Puducherry and published in the Extraordinary Gazette of Puducherry, Part-I,

No. 36, dated 7th March 2019 with immediate effect.
