NOTICE

The undermentioned person has requested for permission to set up the following industry within the Yanam

Municipal limits, as detailed below :

7. The following self-attested photocopy of the

documents/certificates must be enclosed along with

tenders:-

(a) Valid GST Certificate.

(b) PAN Card.

Driving Licence.

Tender without these certificates/documents will be

rejected.

8. Individuals/Partner of a firm who have/has been

punished under Criminal Procedure Code or any criminal

case is under process, is not eligible for participating

in the Tender-cum-Auction. Any false representation is

found during the tender/auction process, the tender/

auction offered by him/her/them will be cancelled and

his/her/their earnest money deposit will be forfeited.

9. If, any/all participant(s) misbehaves during the

tender/auction process the tenderer(s)/bidder(s) will be

removed from the place of auction and also his/her/their

tender/auction will be rejected and the earnest money

deposit will be forfeited.

10. The earnest money deposit of the successful

tenderer/bidder will be adjusted against the sale

proceeds and the earnest money deposit of the

unsuccessful tenderer will be discharged/returned

immediately.

11. Other than tenderer or his/her authorized person

will not be admitted at the time of opening the tender

and auction.

12. Acceptance of the tender/auction will be

intimated to the successful tenderer//bidder after

finalisation of the tender/auction. Successful tenderer/

bidder only will be allowed to clear/remove the

materials.

13. The successful tenderer/bidder should pay the

cost of Old Medical Records/OPD Register, etc., plus

applicable GST and make his/her own arrangements to

weigh/take delivery of the Old Medical Records/OPD

first tear the Old Medical Records/OPD Register, etc.,

and then take delivery of the old materials. If, this

arrangement is not adhered to, then the earnest money

deposit will be forfeited.

14. This office will not be in any way held

responsible for the safe custody or any loss of the sold

articles. Once the tender/auction is finalised, no claim,

on the quantity and quality of the materials will be

entertained.

15. The undersigned reserves the right to reject any

or all the tenders without assigning any reason thereof

and the decision of the undersigned in this regard will

be final and binding on all the tenders/auction.

In conformity with the rule 8 of the Puducherry Municipalities (Grant of Licences and Permissions)

Rules, 1976, promulgated in this Union Territory by the Puducherry Municipalities Act, 1973, objections, if any, for

establishment of the above industry, are invited from the public by the Commissioner, Yanam Municipality within

ten days from the date of publication of this notice in the Official Gazette.

The objections so received within the specified time will be considered by the Yanam Municipality.

follows:

Transfer Certificate under Admission No. 471,

my name has been mentioned as ‘R. Abiramasundari’.

In my Elector’s Photo Identity Card under

No. JZL0357087 and in my Aadhaar Card under

No. 7740 2088 1538, my name has been mentioned

as ‘Abirami (∂∏´Vt)’.

In my daughter Abarna’s Passport under

No. P9162897, my name has been mentioned as

‘Abiramasundari’.

In the Family Ration Card under No. 165737,

my name has been mentioned as ‘∂∏´Vt’.

Therefore, I do hereby declare that all the above-

mentioned names are referred, identified and relate

to one and the same person that is me, the deponent

herein.

I state that hereafter, I shall be known and

identified only by the name ‘Abirami (∂∏´Vt)’ for

all purposes.

I state that what are all stated in the above

paragraphs is true and correct to the best of

my knowledge, belief and information.
