PUBLIC NOTICE

Whereas, vide G.O. Ms. No. 04/2019-Hg., dated 28-05-2019 sanction has

been accorded for the work of preparation of GIS based Master Plan for Karaikal

Planning Area. And whereas, an Existing Land Use Map and Register 2021 for entire

Karaikal Planning Area to an extent of 160 sq.km. have been prepared by the Karaikal

Planning Authority.

Now, therefore, a Public Notice is hereby given pursuant to sub-section

(1) of section 18 of the Puducherry Town and Country Planning Act, 1969, that the

Existing Land Use Map and Register 2021, for the Karaikal Planning Area will be

kept for inspection between 10.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. on all working days in the

office of the Karaikal Planning Authority, Karaikal. (Details also available in official

website https://tcpd.py.gov.in and https://karaikal.gov.in). Any person who intends

to make objections/suggestions/representations with respect to Existing Land Use

Map and Register, 2021 may do so in writing to the Member-Secretary, Karaikal

Planning Authority, First Floor, Perunthalaivar Kamarajar Administrative Complex,

Madagadi, Karaikal-609 602, within thirty days from the date of publication of this

notice in the Official Gazette of Government of Puducherry. Objections/

suggestions may also be submitted to the email [email protected] and

[email protected]. The District Election Officer, Karaikal Clearance No. 1058/

DCK/RT/2021, dated 30-09-2021.
