NOTIFICATION

In pursuance of Order of Hon’ble High Court of Judicature at Madras, dated

05-10-2021 on W.P Nos. 21067, 21117 and 21708 of 2021 and consequent to the

notification in G.O. Ms. No. 52/LAS/2021, dated 06th October 2021 of Local

Administration Secretariat, Puducherry, rescinding G.O. Ms. No. 48/LAS/2019, dated

07th March 2019, the Corrigendum Nos. 1-4/M&P/Res./2021-22/600, 1-4/M&P/Res./

2021-22/675 and 1-4/M&P/Res./2021-22/765, dated 08-09-2021, 17-09-2021 and

24-09-2021, respectively, issued to the Notification No. 1-4/M&P/Res./2021-22, dated

23-08-2021 of the State Election Commission on the allotment of reserved seats in

Panchayats, is hereby rescinded.
