In pursuance of Order of Hon’ble High Court of Judicature at Madras, dated

05-10-2021 on W.P Nos. 21067, 21117 and 21708 of 2021 and consequent to the

notification in G.O. Ms. No. 51/LAS/2021, dated 06th October 2021 of Local

Administration Secretariat, Puducherry, rescinding G.O. Ms. No. 47 /LAS/2019, dated

07th March 2019, the Corrigendum No. 1-4/M&P/Res./2021-22/695, dated

18th September, 2021 issued to the Notification No. 1-4/M&P/Res./2021-22, dated

23rd August 2021 of the State Election Commission on the allotment of reserved

seats in Municipal Councils, is hereby rescinded.
