2. The sealed tenders should be addressed to
The Director, Kanchi Mamunivar Government
Institute for Postgraduate Studies and Research,
Lawspet, Puducherry-605 008 duly superscribing on the
envelope as ‘Tender for the purchase of old
newspapers, student answer sheets and student record
notebook and project work’. The sealed tenders will be
received by this office up to 11.00 a.m. on 18-11-2021.
The tenders will be opened at 12.00 noon on the same
day by the undersigned.
3. The intending tenderers should deposit an amount
of ` 500 (Rupees five hundred only) as earnest money
deposit.
4. The earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful
tenderers will be refunded immediately after the tender
sale is over.
5. Tenders received after the due date and time will
be rejected.
6. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or
reject any tenders without assigning any reasons
thereof.
7. The successful tenderer should remit the full
amount immediately and clear the items within 24 hours
at his own risk and cost, failing which forfeit his earnest
money deposit.
8. No claims on the quantity and quality of the
articles will be admitted once the tender is finalized.
9. GST at the rate applicable will be charged.
10. The intending tenderers can inspect the articles
during the office hours in the Stores of this Centre.
11. In case of any dispute, the decision of
the Director, Kanchi Mamunivar Government Institute
for Postgraduate Studies and Research, Puducherry, will
be the final.
