my Settlement Deed bearing Document No. 91/2014

executed at Sub-Registrar Office, Oulgaret and the

at Sub-Registrar Office, Oulgaret, Puducherry.

I state that in my Elector’s Photo Identity Card

Therefore, I do hereby declare that all the
