NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the

Societies Registration (Puducherry) Amendment Act, 2020 (Act No.8 of 2020),

the Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, is pleased to appoint the 16th day of

December 2021, as the date on which the said Act shall come into force in the

whole of the Union territory of Puducherry.
