NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 of
the Seeds Act, 1966 (Central Act 54 of 1966) and in
continuation of the Notification in G.O. Ms. No.16/ Ag.,
dated 23-01-2017 of the Chief Secretariat (Agri.),
Puducherry, the Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, is pleased
to nominate Thiru A. Nandagopal, S/o. Azhagappan,
No. 7, South Street, Mangalam and Post, Villianur,
Puducherry, to represent the seed users of Union
territory of Puducherry, in the Governing Body of the
Puducherry Seed Certification Agency.
2. The tenure of the above Non-official Member on
this Governing Body shall be for two years from the
date of this order.
