NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (n) of sub-section (3) of

section 66 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (Act 59 of 1988), the Lieutenant-Governor,

Puducherry, is pleased to exempt the necessity of the permits under section 66 (1)

of the said Act, for any Transport vehicle other than contracted for hire or reward,

for utilization of vehicles for the works related to 25th National Youth Festival-2022,

for a period of 12 days with effect from 08-01-2022.
