TENDER NOTICE
Sealed tenders offering the total rates are invited for
sale of sports article items of the following five
Schools and JMBB, Karaikal (i.e.,) RmASP Government
High School, Karaikalmedu/KGHS, Poovam/Government
High School, Thiruvettakudy/MASR Government High
School, Sethur/HGHS, Neravy and Jawahar Mini Bal
Bhavan, Karaikal.
1. The sealed tenders should be addressed to the
Headmasters of the above-mentioned Schools and duly
subscribing on the envelope as ‘Tender for sports
article items’ and shall be received on or before
16-02-2022 up to 2.00 p.m. The tenders will be opened
on the same day at 3.00 p.m. in the presence of the
tenderers those who are at present.
2. The intending tenderers should deposit a sum of
` 500 (Rupees five hundred only) as earnest money
deposit.
3. The earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful
tenderers will be refunded immediately after the tender
sale is over.
4. Tenders received after the due date and time will
be rejected.
5. The successful tenderer should pay the full amount
immediately and remove the articles from the office
premises within 24 hours at his/her/their own cost and
risk, failing which will be forfeit his/her/their earnest
money deposit.
6. No claim about the quantity or quality of the item
will be admitted once the tender is finalized.

7. The intending tenderers can inspect the
articles during the working hours on 15-02-2022 in
the above-mentioned Schools.
8. GST will be collected as per rules if, necessary.

gender through proper surgery and assumed a
feminine name ‘Anusiya’ as such in the Discharge
Summary issued by the Aswini Hospital, my name has
been mentioned as ‘Anusiya’.
Therefore, I do hereby declare that all the abovesaid
names are referred, identified and relate to one and
same person that is me, the deponent herein. I state
that henceforth, I shall be known and identified only
by the female gender name ‘Anusiya (∂–iBV)’ for
all purposes.
I state that what are all stated in the above
paragraphs is true and correct to the best of
my knowledge, belief and information.
