of the unsuccessful tenderers will be refunded on the

same day soon after completion of the tender/auction

sale.

5. The successful tenderer/bidder should pay the

entire amount soon after the completion of the tender/

auction sale and should clear the tender sale materials

at his/her own arrangements/cost before 5.00 p.m. on

the same day, failing which the office will not be held

responsible either for the safe custody or for loss or

damage of articles once the tender/auction sale is over.

6. GST/Sales-tax will be charged extra as per the rate

applicable at the time of tender/auction sale.

7. No claim on the quantity or quality of the articles

will be admitted once the tender/auction sale is over.

8. The intending tenderers can inspect the said old

articles during the office hours from 10.00 a.m. to 12.00

noon on any working day, but, on or before the tender/

auction sale date at this Institution with the permission

of the undersigned.

9. The tenders offered after the due date and time

will be rejected.

10. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or

reject any or all the tenders without assigning any

reason thereof and the decision of the undersigned in

this regard will be final and binding on all the

tenders. If, the tender-cum-auction date falls on a

holiday, the tender/auction sale will be held on the next

working day.

11. Along with the tenders, a copy of all the following

self-attested documents should be submitted.

(a) Aadhaar Card

(b) Valid PAN Card

12. Individuals/Partner of a firm who have/has been

punished under Criminal Procedure Code or any

Criminal Case is under process, is not eligible for

participating in the tender-cum-auction. Any false

representation is found during the tender process, the

tender(s) offered by them/him will be cancelled and their/

his/her earnest money deposit will be forfeited.

13. If, any or all participant(s) misbehaves during the

tender/auction process, the tenderer(s) will be removed

from the place of auction, also his/her/their tenders will

be rejected and the earnest money deposit will be

forfeited.

14. Any other person than the tenderer or his/her

authorised person will not be admitted at the time of

opening the tenders/auction.

15. This office will not be in any way held

responsible for the safe custody or any loss of the sold

articles once the tender is finalised, no claim on the
