The appointment of Thiru V. Karthikeyan,
Pharmacist, as the Licensing Authority, Department of
Drugs Control, Puducherry, for the whole of the Union
territory of Puducherry under the Drugs and Cosmetics
Rules, 1940 issued vide G.O. Ms. No. 33, dated
02-08-2013 of the Health Secretariat, Puducherry, is
withdrawn with immediate effect.
2. Dr. E. Anandakirouchenane, Drugs Inspector,
Department of Drugs Control, Puducherry, is appointed
as Licensing Authority for the whole of the Union
territory of Puducherry, in pursuance of the rules 59(1),
67-A(1), 69(1), 85-B(1), 138(1) and 152 of the Drugs and
Cosmetics Rules, 1945, for the purpose of Part-VI,
Part-VI-A, Part-VII, Part-VII -A, Part-XIV and Part-XVI of
the said rules.
3. The appointment as Licensing Authority will not
confer any administrative or financial powers on
Dr. E. Anandakirouchenane.
4. The Licensing Authority should submit the details
of applications received, licences issued and pending
details to the Secretary to Government (Health), for
monitoring/review every week.

Whereas, the Government is of the opinion that an
industrial dispute has arisen between the management
of M/s. TTK Healthcare Limited, Thiruvandarkoil,
Puducherry-605 107 and TTK Healthcare Employees
Union (1841/RTU/2018) (Affilliated to INTUC),
Puducherry, over payment of bonus for the year 2019-20
in respect of the matter mentioned in the Annexure to this
order;
And whereas, in the opinion of the Government,
it is necessary to refer the said dispute for adjudication;
Now, therefore, by virtue of the authority delegated
vide G.O. Ms. No. 20/91/Lab./L, dated 23-5-1991 of the
Labour Department, Puducherry, to exercise the powers
conferred by clause (c) of sub-section (1) of section 10
of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (Central Act XIV of
1947), it is hereby directed by the Secretary to
Government (Labour) that the said dispute be referred
to the Industrial Tribunal, Puducherry, for adjudication.
The Industrial Tribunal, Puducherry, shall submit the
Award within 3 months from the date of issue of
reference as stipulated under sub-section 2-A of
section 10 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 and in

NOTIFICATION
Whereas, the Government is of the opinion that an
industrial dispute has arisen between the management
of M/s. Eaton Power Quality (P) Limited, Sederapet,
Puducherry and the Union workmen represented by
Eaton Employees Union, Korkadu Post, Puducherry to
give retrospective effect to the long term settlement,
over wages revision with effect from 01-10-2020 in
respect of the matter mentioned in the Annexure to this
order;
And whereas, in the opinion of the Government,
it is necessary to refer the said dispute for adjudication;
Now, therefore, by virtue of the authority delegated
vide G.O. Ms. No. 20/91/Lab./L, dated 23-5-1991 of the
Labour Department, Puducherry, to exercise the powers
conferred by clause (c) of sub-section (1) of section 10
of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (Central Act XIV of
1947), it is hereby directed by the Secretary to
Government (Labour) that the said dispute be referred
to the Labour Court, Puducherry, for adjudication.
The Labour Court, Puducherry, shall submit the Award
within 3 months from the date of issue of reference as
stipulated under sub-section 2-A of section 10 of the
Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 and in accordance with
rule 10-B of the Industrial Disputes (Central) Rules,
1957. The party raising the dispute shall file a statement

of claim complete with relevant documents, list of
reliance and witnesses to the Labour Court, Puducherry,
within 15 days of the receipt of the order of reference
and also forward a copy of such statement to each one
