my name has been mentioned as ‘∂ﬁƒÁÈ’.

Therefore, I do hereby declare that all the

above-mentioned names are referred, identified and

relate to one and the same person that is me, the

deponent herein.

I declare that hereinafter, I shall be known and

identified only by the name ‘Andjale (∂ﬁƒÁÈ)’,
