NOTIFICATION

The Hon’ble Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, is pleased to

reconstitute the Expert Committee with the following members for

selection of Indigent Tamil Scholars under the Scheme “Financial

Assistance to Indigent Tamil Scholars”(hereinafter referred to as the said

Scheme) in the Union territory of Puducherry being implemented by the

Department of Art and Culture, Puducherry and for the said purpose

makes the further Amendment notified in G.O. Ms. No. 47, dated

24-09-1997 of the Chief Secretariat (Education) as given below:

AMENDMENT

In the said Scheme, in clause 4 under the heading “Composition

of Expert Committee”, for the words and letters thereof, the following

shall be substituted, namely:–

‘Thiru K. Ananda Ranga Ravichandran,

‘Thiru N. Ramadoss,

No. 151, Big Brahmin Street, Puducherry’.

‘Thiru Arimathi Thennagan,

No. 2, First Cross, Ananda Ranga Nagar, Puducherry-605 008’.

‘Thiru N. Adikesavan,

No. 16, Thropathiamman Kovil Street, Thilaspet,

Puducherry-605 009’.

‘Thiru S. Arimalam Padmanaban,

No. 14, 3rd Cross, Raman Nagar, Lawspet, Puducherry-605 008’.

No. 19, II Cross, Ilango Nagar, 3rd Cross Extension,

Puducherry-605 001’.

2. The term of the Selection Committee shall be from the date of

issue of this Government Order.
