(Advance Chemical Company), Kalitheerthalkuppam,

This Industrial Dispute arises out of the reference

made by the Government of Puducherry vide G.O. Rt.

No. 118/AIL/Lab./T/2019, dated 12-11-2019 of the Labour

Department, Puducherry to resolve the following dispute

between the petitioner and the respondent, viz.,-

(i) Whether the dispute raised by the petitioner

Tmt. K. Mangavarathal, Puducherry, against the

management of M/s. Jaydeep Petrochem (Advance

Chemical Company), Thirukkanur Main Road,

Kalitheerthalkuppam, Puducherry, over non-employment

is justified or not? If justified, what relief the

petitioner is entitled to?

(ii) To compute the relief if any, awarded in terms

of money if, it can be so computed?

2. Today, when the case came up for hearing.

Petitioner not present. Petitioner continuously called

absent for several hearings, claim statement not filed

despite. Specific direction given by this Court. Hence,

the reference is closed for non-prosecution by the

petitioner side.
