2. The sealed tenders should be addressed to the

Vice-Principal, Government Higher Secondary School,

Oulgaret, Puducherry, duly superscribed on the

envelope as “Tender for purchase of old/unserviceable/

obsolete furniture and dead stock items” and sent to

the undersigned on or before 25-08-2022 at 11.00 a.m.

The tenders will be opened at 12.00 noon on the same

day in the presence of the tenderers if any, in the Office

of the Vice-Principal, Government Higher Secondary

School, Oulgaret, Puducherry. If, the day for opening

of tenders happens to be a public holiday for any

reasons, the tenders will be received and opened by the

same time on the next working day.

3. The intending tenderers should deposit an amount

of ` 5,000 (Rupees five thousand only) as earnest

money deposit (EMD).

4. The earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful

tenderers will be refunded immediately, after the tender

sale is over.

5. Tenders received after the due date and time will

be rejected.

6. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or

reject all/any tender(s) without assigning any reason

thereof.

7. The successful tenderer should pay the full

amount including GST immediately and clear the items

within 24 hours at his/her own risk and cost, failing

which the earnest money deposit will be forfeited.

8. No claim on the quantity and quality of the

articles will be admitted once the tender is finalized.

9. The intending tenderers can inspect the articles

during the office hours in this Institution in all working

days from 11-08-2022 onwards.

10. In case of any dispute, the decision of the

undersigned will be the final.

11. GST will be collected as per prevailing rules.
