3. The management should obtain permission from the authorities concerned wherever necessary.
4. In case, the said screening of the new film does not take place, this notification shall have no effect.
5. The SOPs issued in respect of COVID-19 like wearing of mask and other conditions issued by the Department
of Revenue and Disaster Management, Puducherry, shall be strictly adhered to.

The sale against this tender/auction shall be
governed by the terms and conditions set out in
Annexure–A and the bid Form in Annexure–B to this
notice. Persons interested in purchasing the above-
mentioned condemned vehicles may inspect the said
vehicles on any working day up to 07-09-2022 between
10.00 a.m., and 4.00 p.m., and any enquiry/details
regarding the tender/auction can be clarified with the
in-charge, Vehicle Section, RIVER.
The Terms and Conditions (Annexure-A & B) Form
in respect of tender/auction can be downloaded from
the official website: www.river.edu.in.
The interested parties/individuals have to submit
their bids in the prescribed format as annexed to this
notice (Annexure-B) from the website along with earnest
money as mentioned in the column No.(V) of the tender/
auction notice in the website should be deposited by
the Demand Draft for each vehicle, in favour of “RIVER
SNA”. The tenderers must mention the vehicle number
on the envelope cover for which he/she is willing to bid
the amount.
Last date for submission of tenders is 12-09-2022 up
to 4.30 p.m. The sealed tenders will be opened on
15-09-2022 at ll.00 a.m. in the presence of tenderers in
the Administrative Block of RIVER.

TENDER
Sealed tenders are invited for the sale of old condemned
furniture and other items of the Government Primary
Schools under the control of Deputy Inspector of
Schools, Zone-II, Puducherry, in “as-is-where-is”
condition on 14-09-2022.

2. Tenders in plain papers should be sealed and
addressed to the “Deputy Inspector of Schools,
Zone-II, Director of School Education, Puducherry”,
duly superscribing on the envelope as “Tender for
purchase of old condemned furniture and other items”
and sent to reach the undersigned on or before
14-09-2022 at 3.00 p.m. The tenders will be opened on
the same day at 3.30 p.m. in the presence of the
tenderers those who are at present. The rates of the
items for all Schools should be quoted in one lot.
3. The intending tenderers should deposit an amount
of ` 3,000 (Rupees three thousand only) as earnest
money deposit by cash. The earnest money deposit of
the unsuccessful tenderers will be returned immediately
after the tender sale is over.
4. Tenders received after the due date and time will
summarily be rejected.
5. The successful tenderer should pay the entire
amount and clear the items within 24 hours at his/her
own risk and cost, failing which the earnest money
deposit will be forfeited.
6. The intending tenderers may inspect the
condemned furniture and other items during office
hours on 12th and 13th September 2022 with prior
permission of the concerned Headmasters in the above
Schools without any disturbance to the students. The
quantities and qualities are in as-is-where-is condition.
7. No claims on the quality and quantity of the
articles will be admitted once the tender is finalized.
8. GST at the rate applicable will be charged.
9. In case of any dispute, the decision of undersigned
will be the final.
10. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or
reject any or all the tenders without assigning any
reason thereof.
