NOTIFICATION

On the approval and recommendations of the Hon'ble High Court of

Judicature at Madras and in partial modification of the Notification issued in

G.O. Ms. No. 53/2000-LD, dated 26-09-2000 of the Law Department, Government of

Puducherry, the Principal District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate-I, Karaikal,

having been bifurcated as Principal District Munsif Court (Civil), Karaikal and the

Additional District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate-II, Karaikal, having been

bifurcated as Additional District Munsif Court (Civil), Karaikal vide G.O. Ms.

No. 14/2022-LD, dated 29-08-2022 of the Law Department, Government of

Puducherry, the Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, is hereby pleased to order the

change of nomenclature of the posts in the aforesaid Courts in Karaikal in this

Union territory of Puducherry, with immediate effect, as detailed in the Table

mentioned below, namely:—
