RETENDER-CUM-AUCTION NOTICE
(E-Waste items)
Sealed tenders offering the highest rate per kilogram
(Excluding GST) for whole lot of the old condemned and
unserviceable television sets (e-waste) are invited from
the authorized e-waste recyclers for sale in ‘as-is-where-
is’ condition as below:–

2. The tenders in sealed cover should be addressed to
the Block Development Officer, Villianur, Puducherry-
605 110, duly superscribing on the envelope as “Tender
for the purchase of e-waste items” and to reach the
undersigned on or before 20-10-2022 by 4.00 p.m. The
agents of the company shall produce authorisation
letter of the company and Aadhaar Card of the agent.
The received tenders will be opened on the same day
at 4.30 p.m in the presence of the tenderers or their
representatives who are present at that time. If, the
opening day of the tenders happens to be a public
holiday, the same will be opened on the next working
day.
3. The intending tenderers (Registered e-waste
recyclers) should deposit a sum of ` 2,000 (Rupees two
thousand only) in cash as earnest money deposit at the
time of submitting their tenders. The earnest money
deposit of the unsuccessful tenderers will be refunded
after finalization of the tender.
4. Tenders received after the due date and time will
be rejected. The highest rate quoted in the tender will
be minimum price and then the open auction will be
conducted on the same day. In the open auction, the
tenderers who have already submitted sealed tenders
will only be allowed.
5. The successful tenderer/bidder should pay the
entire amount immediately along with the prevailing
GST and clear all the items within 24 hours at his/her
own risk, failing which the earnest money deposit will
be forfeited and remitted into the Government Account.
The successful tenderer/bidder should make his/her own
arrangement to clear the said items.
6. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or
reject any tender/auction or all of them without
assigning any reason thereof.
7. No claim on the quantity and quality of the
auctioned old condemned and unserviceable articles,
will be admitted once the tender/auction is finalized.
8. The intending tenderers can inspect the articles
during office hours on all working days.
9. In case, any dispute arises, the decision of the
undersigned shall be the final and binding.

Registration No. K/2007/299 issued by the Oulgaret
Municipality, Puducherry.
I state that my name has been entered as ‘Magesh’
in my son Aruloli's Birth Certificate vide Registration
No. K/2009/149 issued by the Oulgaret Municipality,
Puducherry.
I state that my name has been entered as ‘Magesh’
in my Elector’s Photo Identity Card No. RNV0146472
issued by the Election Commission of India.
I state that my name has been entered as
‘Pitchandy alias Magesh’ in my Family Ration Card
No. 141189 issued by the Department of Civil Supplies
and Consumer Affairs, Puducherry, in my Savings
Accounts Passbook of State Bank of India Records
as ‘Pitchandy alias Magesh’ and in my property
Partnership Deed Document No. 921, dated
02-03-2012, registered at Oulgaret Sub-Registrar’s
Office, Puducherry as ‘∏flƒVıΩ (®) \ºÔi’.
I state that my name has been entered as
‘Pitchandy dit Maguesh’ in my Birth Certificate vide
Registration No. P/1973/06759 issued by Pondicherry
Municipality, Puducherry.
I state that all the abovesaid the names viz.,
‘Pitchandy alias Magesh’, ‘Magesh’, ‘Pitchandy dit
Maguesh’ and ‘∏flƒVıΩ (®) \ºÔi’ are referring one
and the same person i.e., myself only.
Henceforth, I will be known only as ‘Magesh’.
The above deposition is true and correct to the
best of my knowledge and belief, and nothing material
has been concealed thereon.
