NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1

of the Puducherry Town and Country Planning (Amendment) Act, 2022

(Act No. 6 of 2022), the Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, is pleased to

appoint the 30th day of September, 2022 as the date on which the said

Act shall be deemed to have come into force in the whole of the Union

territory of Puducherry.
