TENDER NOTICE
Sealed tenders offering the rate per kilogram
(excluding Sales tax) are invited for the disposal of old
dailies and magazines/weeklies accumulated in
Government Libraries in Mahe, Office of the Chief
Educational Officer, Mahe and Government Schools
under the control of the Chief Educational Officer, Mahe.
The rate should be quoted per kilogram for the
following items separately.

2. The sealed tenders should be addressed to the
Chief Educational Officer, Mahe, duly superscripted on
the envelope as “Tender for the purchase of old
newspapers and magazines” and to reach the
undersigned on or before on 13-12-2022 at 11.00 a.m.
The tenders will be opened at 12.00 noon on the same
day in the presence of the tenderers who are present in
the Office of the Chief Educational Officer, Mahe.
3. The intending tenderers should deposit an amount
of ` 300 (Rupees three hundered only) as earnest money
deposit in cash and it will be refunded to the
unsuccessful tenderers, after the acceptance of the
highst tender/finalization of the tender. Tenders without
the abovesaid earnest money deposit will not be taken
into consideration.
4. Tenders received after the due date and time will
be rejected.
5. The successful tenderer should pay the full
amount immediately as and when call made and clear
the old items within 2 days at his/her own risk and cost,
failing which, the earnest money deposit will be
forfeited.
6. The intending tenderers can inspect the articles
during the office hours on all working days. The rate
should be quoted per kilogram.
7. The successful tenderer should make his/her own
arrangement for weighing the articles.
8. GST will be collected extra as per the rate
applicable.
9. No claim on the quantity and quality of the
articles will be admitted once the tender is finalized.
10. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or
reject any tender without assigning any reason thereof.

I , P. Markciline Alencon, son of Poucheparadjou
Alencon, aged 45 years and residing at No. D-378,
Villianur Road, Kombakkampet, Puducherry-605 110, do
hereby solemnly affirm and sincerely state on oath as
follows:
That I am the deponent herein and I am well aware
of the facts of my deposition.
I state that my minor son namely, ‘Karsenalencon
@ Kumbheshwar’ was born on 09-05-2008 at
Government Maternity Hospital, Puducherry, which is
duly registered at Pondicherry Municipality,
Puducherry vide Registration No. PM/M/2008/005774,
dated 10-05-2008 and now his age is 14 years and the
said name is mentioned in his Birth Certificate.
I state that my minor son’s name is entered with
initial as ‘M. Karsen Alencon alias Kumbheshwar’ in
his Aadhaar Card No. XXXX XXXX 6478 issued by
the Unique Identification Authority of India.
I state that my son’s name is entered as ‘ÔÏ≠[
∂ºÈV[ ºƒV[ zDº√ikÏ’ in the Family Ration
Card No. 373865 issued by the Department of Civil
Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Government of
Puducherry.
Further, I state that as per numerological aspects,
I have changed my son’s name and called and known
him as ‘M. Kumbheshwar Alencon’ by my relatives
and others.
Therefore, I do hereby declare that the abovesaid
names viz., ‘Karsenalencon @ Kumbheshwar’,
‘M.Karsen Alencon alias Kumbheshwar’, ‘ÔÏ≠[
∂ºÈV[ ºƒV[ zDº√ikÏ’ and ‘M.Kumbheshwar
Alencon’ are referred, identified and relate to one and
