I was a Hindu by birth and my birth name is

‘Asha’. On 20-10-2022, I have converted into a

Muslim. Pursuant to change of religion, I had opted

to have my birth name ‘Asha’ as my assumed name

after change of religion. I hereby declare that

I shall always be known and called only as ‘Asha’.
