NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 13 of

the Puducherry Motor Vehicles Taxation Act, 1967 (Act 5 of 1967), the

Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, is pleased to extend the time-limit up to 28-02-2023

for the payment of Motor Vehicle Tax without penalty for the 4th Quarter of the

Financial Year 2022-2023, i.e., from 01-01-2023 to 31-03-2023, in respect of Transport

Vehicles used or kept for use in the Union territory of Puducherry.
