PUBLIC AUCTION-CUM-TENDER NOTICE

Sealed tenders on behalf of the President of lndia are

invited by the Deputy Labour Commissioner, Labour

Department, Puducherry for the disposal of obsolete,

surplus and unserviceable articles available in the Office

of the Commissioner of Labour, 2nd Floor, Labour

Department Complex, Vazhudhavur Road, Gandhi Nagar,

Puducherry-605 009 in as-is-where-is condition.

2. The last date for sale of tender notice and

submission of sealed tenders are as detailed below:

3. If, the rate offered by the highest tenderer is found

lower than the upset price fixed by the Condemnation

Committee, then public auction will be conducted by the

Tender Committee in the presence of the tenderer/bidder

if any, to finalize the highest tender bid.

4. The intending tenderers can inspect the said items

during office hours with the permission of the

undersigned.

5. The rate should be quoted for one lot.

6. The successful tenderer/bidder should remit the

full amount in cash or Demand Draft with GST extra as

applicable as per rules.

7. Each tenderer should enclose a copy of GST

registration certificate if, he is exempted from payment

of GST and an undertaking should be submitted.

8. The tender offered after the due date, time and

without earnest money deposit will be rejected.
