NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of section 74 of the

Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (Central Act 35 of 2019), the Lieutenant-Governor

of Puducherry is hereby pleased to establish Consumer Mediation Cells to be

attached to,-

(i) The State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Puducherry;

and

(ii) The District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Puducherry.
