NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1

of the Puducherry Civil Courts (Amendment) Act, 2022 (Act No. 2 of 2023),

the Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, is pleased to appoint the 15th day

of May, 2023, as the date on which the said Act shall come into force in

the whole of the Union territory of Puducherry.
