NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred under rule 16A, 16B and 16C of the Puducherry Village and Commune

Panchayats (Conduct of Election of Members of Commune Panchayat Councils and Presidents and Members of

Village Panchayats) Amendment Rules, 2004, the State Election Commission hereby makes the following Amendments

in the Notification No. SEC/1-6(P)/Civic Elec./2021, dated 25-08-2021.

(i)

In the Table II, the list of State Parties, the existing entry at Sl.No. 4 “Pattali Makkal Katchi having party

address at No. 63, Nattu Muthu Naiken Street, Vanniya Teynampet, Chennai, Tamil Nadu-600 018”

is deleted from this list.

(ii)

In the Table III, the list of registered unrecognised political parties, “Pattali Makkal Katchi having party

address at No. 63, Nattu Muthu Naiken Street, Vanniya Teynampet, Chennai, Tamil Nadu-600 018”

is included in this list at Sl.No. 15.
