Agriculture (Chemistry) as Authority for keeping the

Fertilizer samples in his/her custody as drawn by

Fertilizer Inspectors notified under the G.O Ms. No. 6/Ag/

2019, dated 15th July 2019 of the Chief Secretariate

(Agriculture), Puducherry and sending for second part

for analysis to National Test House and Referral

laboratory at Central Fertilizer Quality Control and

Training Institute, Faridabad and keep the third sample

for referee analysis as prescribed under this order.

has constituted the independent Multi-disciplinary

“Expert Group” under sub-section (1) and (2) of

section 7 of the Right to Fair Compensation and

Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation

Resettlement Act, 2013, to evaluate the Social Impact

Assessment Report submitted by the Social Impact

Assessment Team in respect of Acquisition of Land at

Kovilpathu Revenue Village for “Construction of GAIL

Office Building-cum-Regional Gas Management Centre

(RGMC) Control Room for GAIL, Karaikal”.

The Expert Group has submitted their Reports/

Recommendations on the Social Impact Assessment

Report. The said Reports/Recommendations are placed

in the following offices for public view for 7 days from

the date of this Notice. The public in general and

landowners in specific may view the reports on any

working day in the below mentioned offices:
